1. CRITICAL NOTICE — This Is NOT Legal Advice

⚖️ READ THIS CAREFULLY:

Tyr provides legal information, legal research, and legal education for general informational purposes only. Tyr is NOT a law firm. Tyr is NOT a lawyer. Tyr does NOT provide legal advice.

The information provided by Tyr does not, and is not intended to, constitute legal advice. All information, content, and materials available through the Service are for general informational purposes only. Information on the Service may not constitute the most up-to-date legal or other information.

No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and AIO Inc. by your use of this Service. Communications through Tyr are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

1.1 Legal Information vs. Legal Advice

There is a critical legal distinction between "legal information" and "legal advice":

1.2 What Tyr Does

1.3 What Tyr Does NOT Do

2. Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Compliance

2.1 State UPL Statutes

The unauthorized practice of law is prohibited in all 50 states. In Texas, the unauthorized practice of law is governed by Texas Government Code § 81.101-81.106 and is a criminal offense under Texas Penal Code § 38.123.

Tyr is designed and operated to provide legal information and research — not legal advice or legal representation. This Service does not involve:

2.2 Your Acknowledgment

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

3. Attorney Referral Disclosures

3.1 Referral Service

Tyr may provide referrals to licensed attorneys. These referrals are provided as a convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any attorney's qualifications or fitness for your particular matter.

3.2 Referral Fees

AIO Inc. may receive referral fees or compensation from attorneys or law firms to whom users are referred. This does not increase the cost of legal services to you. Any referral fee arrangement complies with applicable state bar rules and regulations.

3.3 Texas Lawyer Referral Service Act

To the extent applicable, this service operates in compliance with the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 952 (Lawyer Referral Service) and applicable State Bar of Texas rules governing lawyer referral services.

3.4 Independent Verification

You should independently verify any attorney's credentials, bar membership, disciplinary history, and suitability for your matter through your state bar association.

4. Accuracy and Timeliness of Information

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Laws change constantly. Statutes are amended, regulations are updated, and courts issue new opinions daily. While Tyr strives to provide current information, we cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most recent legal developments. Always verify current law through official sources (state legislature websites, federal register, court opinions) or consult a licensed attorney.

Official sources for verifying legal information include:

5. Service Fees and Payment

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

6. Document Upload and Review

6.1 Nature of Document Review

When you upload documents (contracts, leases, agreements, etc.) for Tyr to review, the review is informational only. Tyr identifies general legal concepts, potential areas of concern, and relevant statutory provisions. This is NOT a legal analysis, legal opinion, or legal review as those terms are understood in the practice of law.

6.2 Limitations

Document review by Tyr:

7. User Responsibilities
